Pricing and billing
How much does Honest Placements cost?
Your rate is shown to you at checkout before you are charged. No deposit and no retainer required — pay per booked appointment.
Is there a deposit or setup fee?
No. Pilots start with a zero-deposit checkout: you authorize a card on file, and nothing is charged until we book an appointment for you.
When am I charged for an appointment?
At booking. When we book an appointment, the charge fires against your card on file. Every booked appointment is still measured against the published rubric, and one that misses it is replaced at no charge.
Do I have to sign a retainer or a long-term contract?
No retainer required, and the engagement is month to month. You pay per booked appointment rather than a recurring fee.
What happens if an appointment does not meet the rubric?
We replace it at no charge. The published rubric is the replacement standard: an appointment that does not meet it earns you a replacement appointment.
How it works
What does Honest Placements actually do?
We are an appointment-setting service for vending operators. Our callers contact locations on your behalf and book meetings with decision-makers, so your time goes into closing placements rather than prospecting.
How do I know if you are a fit for my operation?
Start with the marketplace. Browse anonymised venues that want machines, or list your machines so hosts can find you. Our team makes every introduction by phone.
What happens on the discovery call?
A 30-minute call to scope the pilot. We learn your routes, machines, geography, target placement profile, and current placement bottleneck; you learn how we make calls and what counts as a held appointment.
How does a pilot start?
With a zero-deposit checkout that tokenizes your card, a caller assigned from your named team, and your customer portal opening with a live appointment calendar.
How long until I see my first appointments?
First appointments are scheduled within four to six weeks of pilot kickoff.
What do I see in the customer portal?
A live appointment calendar. After each appointment the portal updates with the recording and transcript of the call that booked it, so you can hear exactly how the location was approached.

What counts as a held appointment?
Every appointment is measured against our published rubric, which covers radius compliance, the target decision-maker persona, no-show defense, double-booking exclusion, the dispute timeline, and the post-meeting follow-up window.
Do you record the calls?
Yes. After an appointment is booked, your portal updates with the call recording and the transcript, so you can hear exactly how the location was approached.
Are the calls made by real people?
Yes. Callers are assigned to your account from a named team — there is no auto-matching and there are no bots.

What kinds of vending operations do you serve?
Snack and drink routes and micro-market or OCS operations are served today. Coffee-only OCS and amusement or ATM operations are not served yet.
