Honest Placements is led by Damione Basdell. Operator-experienced; transparent; reachable.
Damione Basdell
Founder
Damione founded Honest Placements after watching vending operators getting ground down by appointment-setting agencies that locked them into long contracts, charged per dial, and refused to honor refunds when leads didn't convert.
Honest Placements runs the opposite playbook: pay per booked appointment, no deposits, transparent pricing, and a published rubric every appointment is held to — miss it and we replace it. Every claim on this site is auditable.
Team
Damione is the team. When Honest Placements hires, profiles ship here.
See the portal before you pay
This is the same portal paying operators use — calendar, activity log, and billing — loaded with sample data so you can judge what you’re buying.
